PawPixel LLC provides digital pet portraits, personalized illustrations, and graphic design services, delivered online. By requesting a quote or ordering services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Quotes and Orders
Project details, pricing, expected deliverables, timelines, and included revisions are established through an accepted quote or written agreement. Work begins only after the scope has been confirmed. Quotes are based on the information you provide, and may change if the project scope changes.
Customer Materials
You are responsible for confirming that you have the right to provide any photographs, images, text, or other materials you submit. You keep any preexisting rights you hold in those materials. By submitting them, you permit PawPixel to use them to complete your project.
Design Process
PawPixel creates artwork according to the agreed project scope. Artistic style, composition, and execution are part of the creative process, and we will work with you in good faith to meet the requirements described in your quote.
Revisions
The number and scope of included revisions are set out in your project quote. Requests that go beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges, which will be disclosed to you for approval before the extra work begins.
Payments
Payment amounts, due dates, and accepted payment methods are confirmed with you before the project proceeds. Work may be paused if an agreed payment is not received on time.
Delivery
Completed digital artwork is delivered electronically in the formats agreed in your quote. There is no physical shipping unless separately agreed in writing. Timelines are estimates and may depend on prompt feedback and approvals from you.
Intellectual Property
Ownership and permitted usage rights for custom artwork are established in the written project agreement or accepted quote. Copyright does not automatically transfer with every order. Where the agreement does not state otherwise, PawPixel keeps ownership of the artwork and grants you a license for the uses described in your project.
Portfolio Usage
We do not publicly display identifiable customer photographs or commissioned artwork without appropriate permission from you.
Acceptable Use
You may not request content that is unlawful, harmful, or that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any third party. PawPixel may decline or stop any project that violates this section.
Service Limitations
Colors and details may look different across screens and devices, and some file formats may not be compatible with every program. Final deliverables are provided according to the specifications agreed in your project quote.
Disputes and Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern directly.
